Destroying Embedded Flash Memory

Secure Destruction of Embedded Data

Today’s medical devices often store data on built-in flash memory embedded on the main circuit board. The memory cannot be removed like a traditional hard drive, thus making the data  sanitization of the device to be disposed of more complex.

Our recycling process solves this by carefully dismantling devices, shredding the circuit boards, and sending the shredded material to certified refiners where the material is melted and precious metals recovered. This ensures complete data destruction.
